I have an 18% ground hiragi in my shop(name: Lister the Tormentor) for 1.2 mill,and the lowest I will go on that is 1 mill.also I have 2 hoza's,12% ice for 60k and 18% fire for 70k.
also check my cast's shop(name: Omega Pirate) for whats left of my weapons clearance bonanza-mostly fighgunner stuff,a bunch of 4* bows and 2* grinded ones for 4k/2k.
twin daggers,single daggers(B rank,decent %,grinded,low prices),and a couple of doublesabers I think are left.38% lightning pallasch with a few grinds,I think I lowered that to 18k or so.
also a seva cresa 28% fire for 75k.
