You cannot do it online nor can you do it through sega. It is all on microsofts end.

I'm not from the UK, but 1-800-4MY-XBOX is the only number I have seen on the site to call to cancel. I will do a bit of digging to see if its the same or not.

Edit: Quick google search got me this number 0800 587 1102 from here http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/contact/ .
