1up questions that have yet to be answered

Ok, I have read several threads and forums, asked several times, but still no answers.

1. How are the normal missions done, what all do you do, what requirements do you have to have?

2. Can you get Rappy feathers from S ranking other missions besides A rank?

3. Do you have to S rank all 4 missions to get the rappy suit and bookra, or just complete them?

Hopefully we can get some answers here, im tired of asking in threads without being noticed.

Sorry for not knowing the answers to your questions, but I'd also like to know what units drop during the Cup.

More importantly, is the HPC one of them that can be found during this event?
