Yesterday I came into a room and saw a FORCE using a C-Bringer's Rifle.

If I'm wrong, and Forces CAN use the C-Bringer's Rifle now, please let me know. If not, we got a new cheat code....

This is not good....

some things have changed,I don't remeber as a FOmarl being able to use the ancient saber on DC version...now I can..I remeber being ABLE to equip the monkey king bar I think..now I cnat,,and I remeber being NOT able to equip the bringer rifle, now I can.Sooo,im not sure what else new I can equip but ya forces can use it now which means Im gonna go do some ruins runs so I can get my very own dark gun thingy.

yeah they changed alot of things regarding equippable weapons in PSO. Because in the "Soul of Steel" quest, Montique uses a C.Bringers Rifle. Hunters can now equip L&Ks and Bravaces, and there are others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

What I want to know is so what if a FO can use that rifle? Not to be pessimistic, but isn't FO's true power lies within his/her godly techs, not a dinky lil' rifle?

I don't remember being able to use all the partisian types in the dc version.

Maybe it wasn't a force you saw use it. I think the C-Bringer rifle is still Rangers only.

In one of the offline missions montague is using one along with his android.

So it's safe to assume that the person he saw was using one.

NPC's using weapons doesn't necessarily mean that the weapon can be equiped. There's an offline quest called either Waterfall Tears or Black Paper where you see a HUnewearl equip a rifle. On the DC offline quests, you'll often see a RAmar use a partisan.

I saw a HUcast using Nei's claw. Wasn't Nei's claw HUnewearl only?

Nei's Claw is not female-only. I am a HUcast, and I could equip it if I wanted to.

Well its good to see SEGA, Yuji Naka, decided to let male FO's equip the almighty C-Bringers Rifle. As opposed to The Holy Raywhich requires MST to use, the Bringer requires ATA, so really what is the real purpose of a FO being able equip it. Seems to make as much sense as a FOmar using the Grass Assassin Sabres. <<Critical Hit>> "OUCH"! Still, kinda cool and obviously for novelty purposes. Angel Harp i dunno yet, since my FOnewearl is all MST at this point I cant use mine yet. Nei's Claw on a HUcast, LAFF!
