They're not MAGs. You're thinking of the new weapon categories madoogs and shadoogs. Madoogs are TECHNIC-casting weapons while shadoogs are auto-firing ranged weapons.

I severely doubt it, I don't think microsoft would be pleased to have peeps on Xbox with PS2's floating behind their shoulders.

I'm pretty excited about the Madoog and Shadoog weapons. Some of them I hear will look like a few of the old PSO rare mags.

Shadoogs fire bullets automatically at targets. They do not use bullets that can be changed like most other Guns. You make a Shadoog like Melee weapon, you create the photon element when synthesizing the weapon.
They're left-handed, so you can use a melee weapon in your right hand.

Madoogs cast techniques (like a Wand) but unlike a Wand, a Madoog is also a gun-type. Therefore, you can have a Madoog AND a Wand in both hands. This helps for Hybrid classes because the PP regen is better, so you have 2 weapons recharging at one time.

The classes that will be able to use Shadoogs:
Acrofighter (S-rank)
Acrotecher (A-rank)
Fighgunner (A-rank)
Guntecher (S-rank)
Wartecher (A-rank)
Fortegunner (A-rank)

The classes that will be able to use Madoogs:
Acrotecher (S-rank)
Guntecher (A-rank)
Wartecher (A-rank)
Fortetecher (A-rank)

Of course, these weapons do not come out until the expansion, Ambitions of the Luminous.

There is a Soniti that is a Shadoog and it fires bullets at the enemy on its own.

There is a Sato that is a Madoog and you cast technics with it.

The only Shadoog with Launch that I know of is Soniti. It's only available so far as the free gift for registering AoI, and was given out as Light element, so to answer your question: nobody knows.
