Because to the main player base money is most important and they tend to stay where ever you can receive the most money in a short amount of time. That's why the majority of the people on the 360 servers are at Lab Recovery S2. It's pretty sad.

It's a good place to farm Kubara Wood, and some other fairly valuable synth mats drop like pennies, there. The run is pretty much devoid of synthesis boards. Lots and lots of high end synth mats, though. The biggest attraction, however, is that the mission can take you as little as four minutes (depending on your level and difficulty of choice), and the MP/Meseta pay out is absurd. These things make it a massively spamable mission.

55 for s. Takes about 15 min with a reward of 19k and like 110 mission points. So far i've seen a lidra,python,four dulk fakis cors, and a gaozaron rod drop there.
