Transfering characters to AOI(Is it a one way trip?)

If you transfer your characters to AOI and for some reason want to uses them in the 1st PSU's extra mode again can you transfer them back?

they don't transfer back, it makes a copy of them into another folder. So they remain untouched on the normal PSU.
