When will the AoI patch go live?

Does anyone know when the AoI changes will go live? Will it be the release of AoI? or will the changes such as the exp change come out sooner than that?
Does anyone know just how much the 1-up cup will increase the xp?

I don't want to start over now, when I could wait a month and level much faster.

Not really known yet. NA Release date is still not official. Also depends on if we get 4 or 5 weeks of 1up cup. If we get 5 weeks the end of the last week will have AOI released if 11-20 date holds true. For some reason I think their might be a delay because of 360 issues.

Yah a DLC was the Issue on the 360... Not the Pressing of the Disk For the PS2/PC....Nor the Shipping .... Nor them Sitting on the Docs for a Few Days... or Just the Translation....

Programming issues not shipping issues for the 360. How long have the 100% success glitch and death related things haven't been fixed? 360 is the gaijin machine and it looks like ST can't figure out how to quickly convert new code or m$ q/a backlogs.
