..that's three now. I guess the mission that drops this was added in recently, or it's drop rate went up.

Tech Save drops from Darbelan in S-rank satellite missions (e.g., True Darkness). Demand should go up after AoI comes out because AT will have a casting speed boost yet no PP reduction without this unit.

yeah it drops from true darkness S and drop rates didnt increase, darbalens just became common.
