Did they nerf Dus Majarra in AOI and Elemental %?

I haven't been reading much on here so I was wondering if Dus Majarra is still pretty powerful in the expansion as it is now. Did it get nerfed? What about elemental %?

If I remember correctly, they're not nerfing any PAs. They're only fixing the old ones to make em stronger, so that the new ones don't make all the others obsolete.
