Show me the MAG cells!

Where can you find these cells?!? At gamefaqs it says in the forest on Vhard...well I've been there thousands of times, and no MAG cells. The only cell I got is from my friend, but I like collecting new MAGs so I would like to find other cells. BTW, I do not need Cell of MAG 502, the Soniti one. Well help out if you can.
