Photon Drops....The use??

Im just curious what Photon Drops are good for, and what they do. I found one in the caves today on hard mode...

trade them for other things on an online quests. They are so useless if u arent online though.

If you only play offline but plan to eventually play online, save them. You can trade them in a quest for good items if you have enough of them.

If you play online already, somewhere on this site there should be some info on what quest exactly and what you have to do...

If you don't ever plan on playing online but know someone who does or is going to...Trade with them offline if you're able to, you might be able to get some stuff from them. thanks alot for the info. I have 1 but I am going to wait until I have say 10 or so to go into that quest. If you have more than one when you go you get better items....right?
