View Full Version : HOW DO I CANCEL SUBSRIPTION!!!!

I need to cancel my subscription so i can purchase anther license to play again i was told but i log on to the billing site and i cannot see anything about cancel subscription. I paid by my solo debit card not visa or any credit card.

PLEASE HELP I AM DESPERATE TO PLAY AGAIN. LOL

Once you log on the billing site it should say

Details

Cancel Subcription

Click cancel subcription, and wait a few minutes. After that you can pay for another one.

You mean you tried it now and it wasn't there o_O? That's a little odd, well if the "Cancel Subcription" button is not there just go ahead and click "New Subcription" at the top. Make sure you it shows you the PSU Guardian License and not the PSO Blue Burst Hunter License.

Ok, what your going to have to do is wait a couple of minutes. Since your account is going through the cancellation process. After its done you can go ahead and click "New Subcription" again and it will have an option for the PSU Guardian License.

I is not going though cancellation process as i cannot find the part to click on cancel subscription!!

Now are you sure this is not what it looks like when you log in? A picture would help, as long as you blank out the personal info.

Can we see a screen of your billing page? Just hit "Prnt Scrn" and then open Paint. Click "Edit" and then select "Paste".

After that, block out your card information(don't want peeps to get that ;o) like I did and upload it. A picture can help solve the problem since this sounds a little weird.

Wait a sec! I remember hearing that canceling is different for PC/PS2 and Xbox360. I've been telling you the way to do it for the PC/PS2 version. Is there any chance you could be on the 360?
