Can someone confirm the Ice EX trap. I saw a link to a video of one being used, but cannot find it on youtube. (probably because it's in japanese).

Well, there's a "Freeze Trap EX", so if that's what you mean, then yes, it exists.

and...I heard a rummor that ex traps only last as long as you keep the trap active on your right palette. True?

The video's comments list what each trap is. (It's Stun)

I dunno about that rumor, I kept them active simply because I had no reason not to.
