Given that the usual source of luck forecasts is nonexistant (JP servers are still having 3* Luck from Festa downtime), the only other way to forecast luck is to assume that the luck is repeated from last year. If that's not the case, can you really blame PSO-W?

Someone read the luck forcast wrong from Link (http://p.netgamers.jp/pf/index.php?%C0%B1%CE%EE%B1%BF%C1%B4%CD%FA%CE%F2) and switched the Cast and Beast luck around for 10/10/2006.

As mentioned before, luck is repeating itself so if you want to know your luck, just click that link and plan ahead of time.

JPN pc/ps2 now uses a new luck table and we use the same as last year so far. Yesterday only female casts had +3 luck.

not like it matters anyway.leveling a great many bullets and techs on plains overlord S2 with level 100 vahras with or without luck,has netted me zero two-headed ragnuses.and that is a lot of vahras were talking,on a lot of +3 luck days.
