AOi maxed out grinded weapons, how to tell?

How we going to know in shops that the weapon has been grinded and cant be grinded any higher? like if someone grinds one to +7 and "breaks" it and it will never go past 7 how will that be shown?

you can also sort shop search results by grind. it will display the highest ones at the top of the list
