Book of Katana?

I found an interesting item the other day called "Book of Katana 1". I have no idea what this does, can someone fill me in? I really have no use for it, so if anyone wants it, just email me. I also have a few other rare items I am willing to part with. I have Photon Claws, a Flowens Swords, double sabers, ect..
