How well does Twin Bear Claws grind

Well, for one thing, percent doesn't affect grinds xP

but it does affect the dmage output. so considdering that kubara usually gets iane boosts at each level in addition to being an S rank and having a massive percent on it. How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood is basically what he's asking.... i think.

Its not always true that kubara grinds well, especially most kubara melee.
