Leo Partner Card

I wanted to get leo as a card as part of a strategy i just learned, but i have a newman force.
My tutorial card was maya. Is there any other way to get him, or should i just get tonio. ty in advance

You get him in a story mission. Before you can get the Tonnio card.

Well, if you 'go for tonnio' you'll get both of them. Tonnio is the Last partner card you'll receive in story mode.

I thought you got Ethan Waber's partner card at the very end...

Nope. You never receive Ethan's card.


Akio, it's probably worth your while to go ahead and do the story missions, anyway. There's a great deal of rare things you can get from them, and they're a nice change from regular mission spamming, besides.

As well as the fact, that if you S rank a mission on A rank. You get 10 PA fragments the first time you do it.
