AotI: Most Run Missions in AoI

What are the element of the monsters of the most run missions or what is the best element for the most run missions?

And do PAs keep their levels when learned on another character on the same account?

No PAs are character exclusive, not account exclusive.

in the sticky it says the PAs retain their levels between characters

the "most runned" mission in AoI atm is the 2nd Neudaiz Mission.
All Enemies there are light element so Dark weapons are good.

and PAs learned can be transfered between characters in the same account
