In one of my wikipedia random articles sprees I saw it. I think it's produced by Cartoon Network in Japan or something.

Yeah, I remember when this first started last year. I've kinda grown up watching Cartoon Network's Cartoon Cartoons and Powerpuff Girls was no exception. I decided to check out the first episode and got about 8 minutes into before being overwhelmed with disgust and closed it.

I really miss Dexter's Lab. (Before the voice change and art style change.)
