What eq is best for screen captures

I'm assuming people are using video capture cards on their computer which the TV hooks into to get their screen pics.
My question is what brands are people finding good or bad?
I'm converting my NT box back to win98/me for easier digital camera support and at the same time I may get a good card for capturing pso stuff.

I'm curious, everyone seems to be using PC capture devices to take screenshots. Is anyone using PSO's built in screenshot system? I've not tried it, so I can't comment on it. Is the quality not as good as a capture card? I know it's not very convenient, only 1 pic per VMU. I've also heard there's difficulties modifying the pics once you've taken them. What's the skinny?

I am using windows 2k pro and a ATI TV Wonder video capture card. The card is only 80 bucks so worth picking up. Highly suggested that you use the s video with it tho.

I took the screens for my sig from it.

I'm using a "FlyVideo98" card... seems to work ok, got it out of a bargain bin sorta deal. My sig contains an image taken from it (although doctored quite a bit, PSO characters are not normally seen in quake 3 maps).
