Do you think the newly implemented JP luck schedule will be put in with this update or will we still be on the same one?

I dont think it will start until the AoI 'changes' or even until the actual release.

According to the Japanese 360 site, the new photon fortune table will go into effect today.

It is the same as JPN pc/ps2 now.
