pm device

i recently bought a pm device from the decoration store for 50k and im wondering how do i use the item? its just sitting in my sync inventory atm and i cant even use it or nothing...

is it the correct line of PM?

for example you can use a PM device 431 on a PM GH430
but you cant use a PM device 431 on a PM GH420 becuase they arent the same class of PM you can only use it if the first two numbers match
