Only one map (Invisible) gives 10 of 10 points?

The Npc at the end of the mission said something to the effect of,"Only one Map can give 10 out of 10 points". Can any one confirm this, "Only one Map"?

No, you can perfect score any map pattern if you do it in the required time, kill enough enemies and get the 3 chips.

If I remember correctly, that will be the case for the Guardian Colony mission. That doesn't apply to the current missions though.
