Personally I'd wait until after the cup or the expansion as you will have a better chance of success.

I'm sitting on boards for a Ragnus, Halarod, Blackbull and Rabol Lebfa and I'm probably going to wait until the expansion.

You should had waited for the AOI release, since the synth rates will increase. However, to hear that synth fails at 85% success is rare. Oh well.. Good luck with the S-board journey.

Just make it, it's worthless right now. The only weps you even consider holding back from making are 11*s , or certain 10*'s which this event does not make easy. I don't give a shit about any nubbish board
I get in this event, I trade them away as soon as I get them. With that said, you can trade it for something if you don't wanna synth it, it's your choice.

Ive found 2 S rank boards. I sold one, and the other sits in my PM, a lowly 52% chance of completion.

I'm waiting for AoI to synth anything valuable (par ebon or above). I will synth B rank weapons and armor though.

Unless you find a stupidly rare board (i.e. not many of them), just synth as you get them. Of course, if you only have a limited supply of S-Rank synthesis materials, you may want to wait.
