1UP - Platinum Perfect?

Has anyone actually been able to get platinum perfect yet?
It's really hard. Can someone write down the things that we have to do to be able to get full marks :3 Ty!

You can't get Platinum Perfect until you've played all four missions. Considering there are only two missions available at a time, well... you know...
