A bit of confusion concerning the song for death

On the 1Up website I took a look at the trading post items and down at the bottom I see this sentence about the song for death. Here it is.


If you clear all four event missions at the same rank, you can receive the rare item “Song for Death” at the Items Trading Post!

Is this really saying that all you need to do is get c-rank on all the missions for it? Or is it a thing from platinum perfect? Or do you think you have to clear it with S on all ranks?

It and the platinum perfect item are two different items, it is indeed obtainable as it says, although you know how ST is with details, what i have personally understood from all ive read is that it is similar to the Frying pan in Firebreak, although im gonna be safe and Clear all for missions on A with an S (8 points not 10, 10 is for platinum perfect) hope that clears up alittle, maybe check on the official forums on the official website to see if your question has been answered there http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

If you clear all four event missions at the same rank, you can receive the rare item “Song for Death” at the Items Trading Post! In addition, if you clear all four event missions with perfect scores, a surprise awaits you at the Items Trading Post.

The two key points in that paragraph. I believe they consider "clearing" the missions as getting 8 points or above on them. If so, then you only need to S rank all four missions on any rank(like, you have to do all four missions on C rank, you cant do two on C, one on B, then one on A etc.) Now this does leave the question open for "If I beat all missions on all ranks, will I get three Song of Deaths?" That just remains to be seen. Now I believe the perfect scores get you Rappy Feathers and the Rappy Suit, don't quote me on that though.

Alright thanks guys. Now i just need to figure out how to kill the Maggas magahna on A at lvl 70 with fighgunner or fortefighter. I'm sure that'll be fun.

I use Dus Majarra on it until the lower shell breaks. After that, use a Handgun (Twin Handgun if Figh) on his midsection until it's over.

When you see Magas raise both it's arms high, run away. If it tries using the body-mounted cannon, (signified by Magas putting both it's arms back) run right in front of it before it fires. The bullets will sail over your head.

It's not exactly easy for a Hunter though, especially for Fortefighter.
