For the evasion/block effect, feathers fly out. I don't believe this works on the PlayStation 2 version, though.

thats it? its the only armor that does something special! be glad it does anything cool at all.

Rabol Rappy... The ultimate armor that I wish is on the offline AOI, but it isn't. It contains 4 slots, which is the utmost rare. Aside from this armor, there is only the Sori-senba, a Yohmei product.

Storm Line has 4 slots too.

The only issue for me is that most people will be getting it around the linear line mission time for the cup event, when people get their 30 rappy feathers. Since my armor right now is already light I need to invest in another piece of armor besides it, guess I should save up my money and by another weldline, or maybe a ganna line.

Is the Storm Line available in the offline AOI? I really need a 4-slot armor. In the PSU offline version, all the S-rank armor only have 2 slots, while the A-ranks get 3 slots. In the end, I ended up with A-rank armors instead. Still, I hope the Storm Line or Sori-senba will be available.
