Synth % on a Bil De Axe?

Just got one of these boards and wondering what the % is on a 100 strike.

The Morbinia will be a pain to find as well... >_>

Also, don't synth it till the day after 1UP

Well, most of the S ranks I put on 100 PMs are 75% so....maybe around 67% for elements?

Should But I keep pressing for Info and was told their is really no info..BTW I pressed a Magazine person for the info...So now its time to Press SEGA after/ at the same time i put a Vice on Charter if my internet is not cleard up by the time I get up tomorrow.

well i can go log on to the expansion pack now, go buy the board, and check if u want XD

also im not sure what the synth rate was for teh weapon but im sure it was 61%.... might be 61% for all lvls on your bot though, cuz thats what i remember it bieng...

the only Kubara s rank i believe that was 98% was the Psycho Wand -


i remember a JP`er correcting me when i said all kubara s ranks were 98% saying its only tha P-Wand

Kubara only melee sranks with element 90% (100% for halp & twin bear) in AOI.
