So...where are the Giga Skill Saves?

I remember seeing post about how this would drop like mad and I should sell my skill saves while I can.

But out of like 30 rappies I havent seen one drop nor have I heard about anyone finding one. Does the fact that they are hallow rappies kill the chance of even getting a skill save unit?

P.S. Glad I didnt sell mine.
