S rank Armour % in AoI

I' wondering if its smarter to wait till the bonus Synth time, or AoI to Synth my Rabol Lebfa. So here are two Questions:
- With a 100 Armour PM ( Mine's at 36 atm ), Whats the Synth Rate?
- In AoI, What is the Synth rate with a lvl 100 PM?

edit - BTW, Armour is not spelt wrong.
