I've heard a mix of ways to get the Song of Death so I'm a little confused... Do I have to get a 10 out of 10 on all four missions on A,B, and C rank? Or do I only have to get a 10 out of 10 on all four missions for only one rank for example all 10's on C rank...

"If you clear all four event missions at the same rank, you can receive the rare item “Song for Death” at the Items Trading Post! In addition, if you clear all four event missions with perfect scores, a surprise awaits you at the Items Trading Post."

That's sad, I didn't realize that before - the item that was a leaderboard-exclusive got reduced to just completing the missions, not even getting 10/10 on them. Poor Japanese.
