By his context, that is unlikely. The only reason for him to think a halp is out is if feathers drop from rappies.

Its possible that rappy outside the 1up cup drop some kind safari weapon too, I'd be suprized if there was a soul that has looked for rappy outside of it. Snowy claws didnt drop during firebreak missions, either.

I was in a party when a serafi feather dropped, too. The guy actually thought he'd be able to get a halp serafi board too, but there are 0 for sale on the 360 servers. The only option that leaves is the dagger of serafi, I guess. Kinda makes me sad if it is gonna be off rappy noels, since i have horrible luck with rare monsters (lvl 74 and have had 2 rappy spawns and one jao spawn, i'm not counting halloween rappies cuz you can get them reliably on moatoob B).

What we need now is something to prove this rumor to be true. Unless one were to look at the code itself, there's no 100% way this can be proven wrong. Hopefully some images will arise to confirm if it actually does drop.

yup and that one guy tried to counter my topic with his ice cream swords and drill fists, yet thats the only unknown rappy drop and the daggers HAVE to drop off rappies to make any sense at all XD

Yeah, I saw a Serafi Feather during an Elements of Bullshit Unrest A run a few days ago. I didn't think anything interesting of it - I thought it dropped from all holiday rappies. Go figure.

Just to note, the Amure Tippy (13* Dagger) requires two Serafi Feathers to synthesize in expansion. Now might be a good time to save up some feathers.

My god, you people!

I swear, I might have been the only person who noticed the entry "Serafi Feather" when it first appeared. The person had found it from a normal rappy. ALL rappies above a certain level (80+, I believe.) can drop the feather, but the weapons ONLY drop during Christian holidays, as they represent a type of Six-winged Angel know as Seraphs or Seraphims, who were said to have an association with a sort of "holy fire". As such, the daggers DO not drop on any other event besides Easter and Christmas, but the feathers are a static drop from rappys.

You believe too much...
I too have witnessed it drop, and outside of an event as well.
