Whats everyone's favorite level? For me it has to be the caves. I like the waterfalls and the wonderful graphics there. It amazing what they can push out of the Dc.

I like DM2 and DM3 the best. Seriously though. I can't believe the quality of architecture in the ruins. The water effects in the caves are rad, but man.. That undulating, pulsing, seeming with evil ceiling in the ruins. And the cesspools beneath your feet. I wish FPS games had levels that cool. Ohyeah, ruins has my favorite music too.

Forest on V-Hard.Has the rarest special weapons although they are very rare.Mines and Ruins usually have to common of specials and it gets old.I hate picking up Varistas over and over again.

Doing the online destroy quest in the mines has to be the best. Nothing like taking on ~10 sinew beats at the same time. Great fun.

The visulas in Cave2 are the most appealing IMO, but I favor the VH Mines when it comes to gameplay - very quick, very intense, and always something to shoot around every corner.
I don't care much for the "gone hiking" feeling of the Ruins..

I like the caves on normal. This way I can take in the scenery during battle, get up, get a beer, come back and still only have about 100hp missing. Haha.

Visually, to me the forest looks the best, the atmosphere in the ruins is quite nice, but nothing beats the first time you take on the worm. The music, graphics and ambience of the whole expeirence surpassed anything up til Dark Falz himself.

Probably Mines. The first time I ever took it on was with four people, and it was friggin amazing, I'm telling you!

Mines in general rocks, but fighting the worm boss at the end of the caves takes the cake.

I like the looks of the forest the best, I wish there were more outdoor levels. As for gameplay, the ruins rocks. Best boss is the worm, impressive looking and challenging. PSO2 can't come fast enough...

Coolest level environment: forest
Coolest level mobs: ruins (chaos bringer/sorcerers! so cool.. plus delsabres)
Coolest items level: tossup between ruins on normal, and mines/forest on VH (I can't believe I was getting 'yellow' [highest norm. weps i mean] weapons on ruins normal, jeez..)
Coolest boss fight: worm, or mines boss on VH (just for the sheer HP he has, wow)
Coolest boss environment: Dark falz last form
Coolest music: ending song, town music, hospital song (ever listen to that one fully? keen)

I hate the caves, fucking sharks are one of the most annoying enemies in the game, way too quick. Slimes suck big time as well. Also, apart from the short waterfall bit, they're not all that great music and graphics-wise, rather boring. I love the music in the mines but overall the ruins are my favorite level. Big enemies, atmospheric graphics and nice music. Not to mention the tons of special weapons (too bad most of them are Varistas, lol).

I like the forest. So much detail there. I dislike the rest of the game b/c it's corridors..I got tired of corridors from fps ya know. and even though the forest is still corridors to an extant, it doesn't seem that way for the most part.

I HATE the caves. 3 Areas of complete bordom just for crappy armor... the worm boss however is my favorite boss.
I agree with Hamar too... Infinite battle in mines is GREAT exp. plus it can get difficult when you have Billions of sins healing themselves and slashing at your defencless body.

I like the part when you first enter Dark Falz's area. The errie calm music and the look of the place seem to be something from a bad dream. It's really cool

The coolest stage so far in my book:
Mines(esp in endless nightmare #3) yoohoo its technotronix time! Gotto luv that battle music(and that dark room setting heh)! Let's dance!

Best area layout: ruins 2(just look at the map! nice!)
Best scenary: cave 2 (luv that BIG room with the magma)
Best area music(non battle): ruins(pleasant yet spooky)
Best area music(battle): you guessed it. Mines
Best mobs: Endless nightmare #3 (mines) Ever get swarmed by 10+ sinows and confused at the same time?(cant wait for endless nightmare #4)
Best boss: Dark Falz(sigh most of them are a joke unless you play online with the HP/DMG modifier)

Ps: Star_Angel is right on that sinow thingy. Heh dun you luv it too when you get swarmed trying to revive someone(esp Mines 2 area first doorway)? lol
