Are we getting the formal wear tomorrow when the neudaiz 1 up run comes out?

TCpsu

its not on the Japanese site so i doubt it (since they always show new clothes) but it may be a nice surprise.

We will probably get them during our 3rd week.

Hopefully.

Feathers are the reward, Rappy suits are a feather-trade item. Unless they changed it for us.

I thought that Rappy Suits weren't a feather trade item in the JP Famitsu, they were a reward for completing the 4 missions.

Oct 25, 2007, 05:44 PM
By "four missions", you mean all in one rank, right? As in, getting at least a 1+1+1+1?
Not that the specifics matter to me, anyway. I'm planning on getting a 30+30+30+30. I want those feathers.

all missions in any rank at least once. Onlly need an 8-10 point total for it to count towards a rappy suit. Doing every rank with 10 is how you get the song of death I believe.

Er, no. Neither the bikini nor the formalwear are sold by NPCs in AoI. Quit spreading misinformation.

If anyone is still lost about whether or not we're getting it, here:

"1UP Platinum Cup Underway!

Club Commune has been packed all day and all night for a week as people meet to quest, trade items and show off their bikinis. As the first week of the 1UP Platinum Cup winds down the Total Gurhal Check Point score has been growing steadily and has already passed the 1,000,000 mark. Keep up the pace -- every 500,000 points scores another server-wide reward!

New 1UP Platinum Cup Mission!

This weeks mission will be removed November 2, and return on November 9.
Deadly Brilliance

VR: Neudaiz
1-4 Players
In this mission you will be tested on your endurance. Face wave after wave of fierce creatures and show them the strength of your resolve. Your piloting skills will also be needed to cruise your Floader through the waterways of Neudaiz in a race against the clock!

New 1UP Cup Trading Post Items!

Make sure to double-check the trading post for the long awaited styles of formal garments for men, women, and cybernetic life forms."

That was taken from the official Phantasy Star Universe website, in regards for our update tomorrow.

More like "Hi, I'd like my Fortetecher to wear something that doesn't make her look trashy/loli/just plain TACKY." The only other option, for me, is the Sneaking AMF Suit, but that doesn't particularly fit her concept :P

My CAST is getting formal wear, too. "Butler-bot with a freaking spear" much? Or, to make a very bad Tales of the Abyss reference... Robo-Jade >:D

Damn, it's already out? I squandered my feathers on the bikini, now I don't have enough to get it.

Um, anyone want to buy a caseal bikini for 15 feathers? >.>

Does anyone have pics of the 10 colors formal dresses? The AoI thread's pictures are still broken, and the database only shows 5 of them.

Also, do you get to pick your formalwear, or is it based on the colors you're wearing? I can't tell at all from the formalwear what colors I would need to wear to get certain ones... (http://synbios.net/games/PSU/AOI/30.jpg for reference)

Some might be from AoI but if you remember what the description was from the rappy feather shop, then you should be able to tell which one's which.

That doesn't help, that's the same thing from before, and the Formal Dress only shows 5 colors that are already in the database. I asked for all 10, which the AoI clothing topic had, but all of the pictures there are dead. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Although some of those CAST ones aren't the same as the 10 human ones that are currently in AoI, so that might not help anyway.

Edit: Actually your picture confused me, I didn't realize there were only 5 of the formal colors in the 1-Up, I thought there were 8-10. That makes it simpler then.
