To get 5 million we would need to average 1,250,000 a week so we fell just shy of that but still not bad!

This week we'll only have to spam about mission rank instead of both that and which mission you want to do so perhaps points will be up over week one!

Lets hope floaders are mega fun and encourage people who didn't know or care about the cup to at least give the mission a few (dozen) tries!

yeah thats what im thinking as well. also since we dont have 2 missions 2 spam anymore I dont think it will be as hard to find a party. at least not at peak hours like the last week. i looked for several moatoob partys alot and could only find ppl wanting to do parum :

Hopefully Neudaiz will be one everyone can easily 10 point everytime like moatoobs. All those 8 point runs didnt help. those extra 2 points could have surely made over l.25 mil.

it really wasnt that hard to 10 point either parum or moatoob

I predict the score to soar this week simply because every god damned Fortecher in existence is gonna be running quick C runs for Me/Quick hunts.

Those that have one already will be running quick A runs for Har/Quick hunts. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Getting 10 on Moatoob pretty much depends on whether or not Maggahna is on his period.

Anyway, we may see a few more points solely because there won't be any De Ragnus freezing issues.

I usually like to walk into the Magas teleporter with 18 minutes on the clock.

I did this with a high level team (on C rank) warped to the boss with about 17 minutes... killed boss and time was 26 minutes, he spent the majority of the fight doing noting but warping.

Bleh. There's alot of stupidity and superstition behind the points in Parum as well, which is something you'll find out if you go to Universe 2. Most people can't understand how the mission works.

Before the update, I was with a CAST who told me that boxes subtract two points, and that to get a ten you don't need to kill all the monsters. -_-

also depending on how long the mission takes..Moatoob took about 30mins to complete(including EX mission)making an average of 16-20 points an hour. Hopefully neudaiz takes like 10mins >=) averaging 48-60 points an hour O_O

If there's a way to speed run things, though, people will do it. I don't think that the vast majority of the populace is even aware of the fact that we get rewards for getting a certain amount of points.

I think we'll reach 5 million somehow. These things always just work out.

I know I'll be playing a bit more this week. I didn't care for last week's rares but there are many things I want from neudiaz. I hope finishing EX wont be too bad.

Sega will probably change the way the points are tallied so that we'll hit 5 million. They wouldn't want to risk hurting the morale of their population.

Parum 8-point runs take my normal team about 13 minutes, and 10-point runs are something like 15-16. In any given amount of time, we're putting in only about 1.2% less points than a team that does 10 point runs consistently.

I wasn't saying either was hard. But alot of random parties I joined only went for an 8 on Parum instead of the 10 points. I didnt even attempt Moatoob will a random party. It's hard finding one decent person in Uni1 let alone a party.

the missions themselves aren't really that difficult..
people are difficult >_< haha

but it makes finding a good, helpful, cooperative random party all the more rewarding

've been sticking with friends for the most part, though.

I can guarantee that the point total will explode when we get the Colony, if not now.

This is a really short, easy mission. Due to the low difficulty you can see on a C rank, it should help the point total immensely.

lol ya this run is incredibly simple... i did it on my 89 cast earlier on a C just to try it out... got 8 points (only 1 chip cuz i was in a huge hurry) and i killed onmagoug in no more than 7 shots lol cleared the trial with like 30 seconds left... so ill prolly run Cs today with my girlfriends cast w/ 3* to get a me/quick for her main... waaaaaaaaay too easy http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

but hey, whos complainin? im guessin the points are gonna skyrocket this week also http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

As long as we get 50% off clothes, free makeovers, and at least 15% synth increase; I'm good to go.

Assuming we all got tens instead of 8s, we would have got 1,399,055 points instead of 1,119,247. If we only get tens on Neudaiz, we should be just over 2.5mil.

Of course, this is assuming alot. Such as, mission lengths being the same, consistently getting perfect scores (not as easy as it sounds), and assuming we didn't get any 10s on parum at all.
