Neudaiz 1UP! NPC Mirei Mikuna = Rappy?

Doing seperate runs my friend and I both saw Rappys in the temple, and we both had Mirei Mikuna as the NPC. Did another run, had Ethan and no Rappy.

I had her, and I had rappies. But the next run I did I also had Mirei, and there was no Rappy love that time.
