Where are all the chips in Deadly Brilliance?

Can anybody tell me where all the chips are located and who the boss is. And what is the time limit in order to get a 10?

First one is through a door after a group behind a invisible wall (cant exactly tell you where but when you get to point you will see two closed doors.

Second one is in the Floader area on the second map. Make sure you make a right after the closed gate (could be left if the gate switches).

Third one is through the gate maze. Hard to miss.

To get a 10 you need to have all three chips and kill all enemies you see in less than 25 minutes. My group and I just found that out.

Do I have to collect all the coins in order to get the chip in the floader part?

I keep getting 144 kills. What am I missing?
