Yeah you need divine maiden and they spawn after the maze room, If you have no NPC, they sometimes Spawn in EX mish 2.

I had them with Karen as the NPC.
As far as Mirei goes, I've had two maps with her and didn't get them.

Both times that I saw rappies, they appeared as the last enemies of the ex mission. One of the missions had Ethan as the NPC, the other time, there was no NPC.

I got rappies in the Ex mission with ethan and without a NPC as well. I also got rappies after the maze, I forget if i had an NPC or not.
