I need to know, are we able to purchase them in the expansion?

The expansion is an addition to the current game, not a different game. I think it's logical to have them available there, since they are already obtainable here.

At the present point of updates on the Japanese servers, neither Bikini Swimwear nor Formalwear/dress are purchasable from NPC vendors. This might change eventually, though.

I heard they were going to be sold in expasion as well as different colors, But it could be a rumor.

Didn't they have a patch on the Japanese servers today? I thought they were adding new stuff to the casino and such. What did they get?

You can buy the new color variations for Formalwear and the Bikini suits at the end of Offline Story Mode for Ambition of the Illuminus.
