I don't have a 360, but you will need a live (gold?) and pay the psu monthly fee.

You don't have to have gold to play PSU. You can just pay the monthly 10 a month for the Guardians License but if you want gold you gotta pay for both of them.

Yep, silver accounts work fine with PSU.
