I dont think you are gonna have too much luck with the list you have. I was offered 16 mil. for my har / quick, and I STILL didn't take it. I hope you find what you are looking for....

that,my friend,is greed on your part.har/quick is prestigious as they come,but 16 mill is a bit prettier than that.

but thanks,I have about 4 mill that I may or may not be willing to blow all on one item...hopefully by the end of this week theyll be even cheaper,Id like to have a formidable amount of cash heading into the expansion...
