I'm new to this importin software business but does anyone know a good retailer who can import AOI to the UK as I don't want to have to wait 2 month for the release over here. I tried Amazon, but they won't ship outside the US.

HELP PLEASE ANYONE

What :/

They're terrible import sites o.o

All the usual ones according to Mira don't stock AoI.. so find someone in US to buy it for you.

Hmmmm, well that's ok, but I don't know anyone over there and the few people I played with are just that other players. Would you send money to someone you don't know and can't go round to say where's my game or my money??

Hope that didn't sound off or rude, it wasn't meant to be.

I'm pretty sure once the game comes out you can find a seller on ebay who will ship out of the US. Seeing what people posted above, this seems like the safest bet.

To be honest, I haven't tried importing anything before, but hope the following links will help you:

Play-Asia (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-43-77-5-49-en-15-phantasy%2Bstar-70-23oj.html)

I'm having the same problem. It seems the PC US version of AoI is available from, well, not many places.

I've contacted a few places asking for dates it'll be available, but no replies yet. Best bet might be just to ask a trusted US friend to get it, and pay them with something like PayPal- that might be what I end up doing.

Would someone mind telling me what the problem would be with ordering it from Gamestop.com? I used them when I ordered the original PSU, and it arrived just fine a few days later.

Play asia seems to sell the US version as well. But it costs 5 bucks more.

That's the PS2 version, not PC. He was looking for the PC one.

Who knows if the US version will be ok with using an EU account.

I had problems paying for my US import account, had to fake an adress in Brazil, but back then payment for EU was not possible yet, so you never know if it works now...

Clumsy said on the forums that he will do everything to make it import friendly. He also mentioned that there should be no problem with someone from EU getting on.

Although, not sure how much power Clumsy really has.

I think I'm set cause my account is still set to US and I live in England, so all I need is my copy of AoI and I should be set :3

I saw people keep mentioning Gamestop. I don't know if they ship outside the US but they do have the PC version of AOI. I just checked it and it's there.

So if they do ship outside then you are good to go, and I do believe that they do.

If you need somebody to send you a copy, I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing it for a small profit http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Somebody could make alot of money supplying copies to the needy EU people.

I've thought about it, actually, Omega, but I don't know how many people would bother to trust me. Several people here have done everything in their power to tarnish my reputation - I wonder how much of that wore away while I was gone. Doesn't seem like much, since people in Uni 2 still quote that stupid bullshit at me when I'm looking for parties. *shrug*

Apparently they do ship outside of US, but require a copy of a recent credit card statement for address verification. Trying to get my bank to allow that would be more trouble that it's worth http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

Time to keep looking >_>
