On the US version, Buten Shuren-zan.

On the JP version, I haven't hit the cap yet for my class. Buten's L36 and Yak Megiga is 26. (FI in AoI is 40 skill 30 bullet.) Right now I'm an AT though, and the whip PA is gonna hit the 20 cap for AT soon. Not the max one, though, WT is 30 skills and also gets whips.

The first skill I capped was "Renkai Buyou-zan", I know that the twin dagger is one of the weakest weapons, but as a melee, I found it quite useful in combat. Of course, its really only useful when your character level is much higher than the opponents, otherwise one will find that scapedolls are truly handy.

Edited: As of now, Renkai Buyou-zan is the ONLY skill I capped. None of the bullets or technics had been capped, but then again.. That's because I don't use any of that, except for Resta and Giresta, but it will definitely take another 30-50 hours before it gets capped. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif
