Question about Halloween deco...

Well, I checked the item database to see what it looks like, it's not there. I then checked forums for the reason of it having and looking like a room deco, but it won't go in a deco space in my room. So my question is, what exactly is this Halloween deco used for if it's not a deco per say? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, just curious on what's going on with this deco, lol.

If you bought your item from the Room Dec. shop in the Guardians Colony, that is a Room RECECORATION ticket (changing the theme of your whole room) and NOT the special Halloween slot decoration (which can only be obtained from the Hallowrappies.)

np. I can see how this can confuse people! I was a bit confused about it at first, as someone was spamming that the deco could be bought in the NPC shop for 5K....
