Habirao Mission in AoI?

I was wandering about the Unit/weapon drops here. Are they Area drops or do they drop from boxes? Ive heard two different things, and want to clear it up before I hunt there in AoI.

Far as I know, the only area drop there (at least lv100+) is [B] Oukanouc, the board for the Kubara copy of the 10* Yohmei Axe.

I'd imagine the units are just end box drops.

Aside from Rare enemies, I'm pretty sure no enemies drop Units, ever.
