What do you guys think is the best axe in online mode?(pre AOTI)

Bil De Axe, probably.

From what I recall, an Ank Bico can hit the highest damage...but only if you're lucky. So the Ank Zagza (I don't think the Ank Buti is in v1).

EDIT: Ffuzzy, the Bil De Axe is Kubara...doesn't it have that 10% melee PA damage reduction then? Also, it has less accuracy than the Ank Zagza. It has quite a bit more PP, but the cost of Photon Charges is so low it shouldn't even matter anymore.

Yeah, Bil De Axe does have that, but Zagza is absurdly rare.

At any rate, Zagza is hands down the best looking of the Axes.

Practically? A Pikor. The absolute best, at this point, would indeed be the Zagza.

As others have said. A 50% zagza would probably be the best one you can get. But the chances of that happening are the same as microsoft and nintendo merging.

Does Bill de Axe, being Kubara, suffer the 10% photon art penalty that other kubara melee weapons suffer?

a person tried their 50% ground Bil De Axe and 50% ground Pikor - pikor won. that -10% w/ axes will get cha.
