Stop checking for anti-virus updates everytime I play PSU. I want to level up eventually.

Yep. Its giving me alot of problems lately. Only when I want to do something on the computer, otherwise it stays quiet.

lol, i used mcafee some time ago and got a virus that crashed my computer. It makes so many updates...that are useless..well at least IMO they're useless...

...I have it on my laptop now (only becuz i got 30 days free) and my biggest pet peeve is that I play an online game called Audition (by the people that made Maple Story)....the game is all about timing and speed and it pisses me off when that damn thing updates and lags my game...making me lose.

McAfee and Norton are huge resource hogs, that also don't like to be clean deleted(they leave thier shitballs all over the drive).

And its safe to deactivate it if you're not browsing/downloading online.

I heard of that game.

Though my problem with McAfee and PSU is that since my laptop's processor speed was cut from 1.7Ghz to .500Ghz if someone wears a unit like "Garment Aura"(which makes the character appear on fire) in a party my laptop gets really bad slowdown. Add on McAfee's virus update and my whole laptop freezes or I get disconnected from PSU.
