Yes Kit, I think someone mailed me the other day with an offer for it detailing that only 6 made armors exist on our servers. So yes the board is REALLY rare and it's the matching armor for the 11* star bow. =/

And the one that Arika has is the highest in elemental % on the server as well. I would normally keep this for myself, but I really want to find one Har for my friend ;-;

what's so special about this board other then the fact that it combos with an almost unatainable bow right now?

Put it this way Rikauteri + Rikau-senba = 830atp on the bow alone. They you factor in HPC (or some other unit) then the fT's atp then a lvl30 shifta. a ft could be doing almost 700 damage to a enemy. Not to mention that the ATA would be over 500 on the bow.

well~even u get that board...u still have to make it...21% rate to make?>_>...and even u get the board,how about the bow part?only 2 ppl have the bow board so far~well~gl~free bump~
